Jill Coughlan, LCSW
Jill Coughlan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's of Public Relations and Marketing Communications from the University of Simmons in Boston, MA.
Jill has over seven years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings including child protective services and school social work. Jill is trained in a variety of evidence-based interventions including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Culinary Therapy, and Teen Intervene.
Jill can assist Lowry Pediatrics families in a number of ways, including answering questions about your child's development and/or mental health, providing strategies for managing difficult behavior, assessing for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Conduct Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and referring to ongoing services such as mental health therapy and nueropsychological evaluations. Jill also values checking in about the entire family's well-being and making sure caregivers have the supports and services they need to take care of their children.
A native Coloradoan, Jill is passionate about the outdoors and the mountains. When not working, Jill enjoys skiing, cooking, camping, fly fishing, and being with her four children.
Jill is available for behavioral health consultation Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during clinic hours.
