We're so glad you're here. The Perinatal Wellness Check-in Program is a free service of the Parent & Family Wellness Center.

These meetings are a chance for you to check in about how you are doing and feeling in your transition to parenthood, and to learn about what's ahead. You'll fill out some paperwork and sit down with a clinician who has expertise in this period of life, and they'll make sure you and your family are feeling as supported as possible right now.
